All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your request. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is only formed when we send a separate Shipping Confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been issued.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through WooCommerce Payments, as well as any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout, orders are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.

Estimated delivery windows and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. All delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for physical products passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier, though we will make reasonable efforts to help you resolve any shipping issues. Tracking information will be sent to you by email after your order ships.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to request a return on eligible items.

Item condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.

Partial refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items that are not returned in original condition, or for returns requested after the 30-day window at our discretion.

Contact us before returning: You must contact us through our Contact page before sending any item back. Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Non-returnable items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: gift cards, downloadable digital products, custom or personalized orders, and sale items. Sale items are final sale — no exceptions.

Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

Customers who initiate a chargeback without prior contact — or who file a dispute in bad faith for an order that was fulfilled as described — may be banned from placing future orders on our website.

Our records and evidence: We maintain detailed records of all transactions, order communications, shipping confirmations, carrier tracking data, and delivery confirmations. In the event of any chargeback or payment dispute, we will submit this evidence to the payment processor, bank, or card issuer to demonstrate that the transaction was valid, properly authorized, and fulfilled as described.

Chargebacks for delivered orders: Chargebacks filed for orders that have been delivered as described, where the customer has not contacted us first, will be contested.

Good-faith resolution: We genuinely want to make things right.
